Who Knew?

Yesterday I met a friend at IHOP before our occasional Monday outing to Saver's. My husband has been trying to talk me into going to IHOP for quite some time. I always whine and say "no" because I don't want pancakes! Culver's isn't far from IHOP, so why, why, why would anyone turn down Culver's?
When I opened the menu I yesterday I immediately saw that they serve Swedish pancakes (like crepes) with lingonberry butter and lingonberry preserves. !!!! Who knew that IHOP was the closest thing to a Swedish restaurant in my area?? I should have been more adventurous and gone there long ago. Serves me right.
